What is AI SEO and how it will help you to increase your website traffic?

Artificial intelligence is the next step to automating a lot of things and it is being put into practice with each progressive step. There is much to be expected as it is still being developed. Even though in development, it still helps with a lot of things and has proved itself useful for a variety of things.

The digital world is ever expanding and AI has an important role in this world. AI also holds an important role in Digital Marketing. SEO has been mostly manual up until recently. What if SEO becomes guided by artificial intelligence?

Things are going to improve for digital marketing firms looking to stay at the top. Artificial intelligence is growing (literally). It grows like a biological being. You input data and it remembers the data, thus growing itself.

Content Writing

This is what you must be most familiar with. Certain typing softwares or web tools help you complete sentences. This has been around for a while. They are pretty simple and help a tiny bit in maybe sending e-mails.

They have been a long shot from doing any actual content writing. But, that is slowly changing. Artificial Intelligence can now learn your writing style and suggest completions for your sentence. Now, it can even auto-generate content if you command it to write about a specific thing provided you give keywords related to the same.

Now, that’s somewhat promising. Even though it cannot replace content writers, it can make the content more keyword-focused if that is your goal.

Keyword based titles and ranking

Keywords are the base of ranking in the SERP currently. This does not mean keyword spam every two sentences. Thing is, Artificial Intelligence can help you rank better by using keywords and titles. How?

There are a lot of keywords to reach a particular webpage. What I mean is you have a page about something and there is already intense competition to be at the top based on one keyword. All you have to do is change the keyword. A keyword that means the exact same and one that is likely to be searched by people.

And, boom, you’re now facing comparatively less competition without compromising traffic to your page. AI suggestions can be great. They can even make a title for content that helps boost your ranking in SERP (Search Engine Results Page).

Gets you featured

Artificial intelligence is simple and concise. So, it can make simple and concise things that have a good chance to make into the featured snippets section or the related questions section of the Results page. That is a huge flex: making it into the snippets.

AI gets work off your hands and gets things done. It just needs some monitoring so that the language and presentation is filled with energy, zest and emotion. AI is the way if you want to stay on top of the game.

What to write?

With Artificial Intelligence on your side, you won’t be asking this question anymore. It will give you suggestion on what to write. Imagine that. It will keep track of your area of business and suggest trending topics that you might want to cover. And, not just trending things, it will suggest anything that it thinks will be useful in growing your firm.

You can, thus, have all the important topics covered without wondering what to cover on your website. Artificial Intelligence has got you covered.

If it thinks you’ve missed something important, it will let you know so that you can do something about it as soon as you can. You should have answers to any question that a client could possibly have. And, AI makes sure that you have all the answers in your pocket.

Record Keeper

It keeps track of all your pages and gives you a summary of which has performed better and it may provide suggestions and insights as to why it performed better and what to do to maintain a good traffic.

This will help you in the long run. You will be able to know what to market and how to market and this surely is something that you will want if there is tight competition for your business. Even a slight advantage will give you an edge over the others.

SEO must be more focused on analysis in the future as this will help understand what is more marketable and what to and what not to market. AI will keep records for you and you just have to improve upon its suggestions and voila, you’ll have a booming business.

AI against AI

When the search engine results and optimization for customers is being increasingly taken over by artificial intelligence, it is only fitting that we use the same technology to drive us forward.

The opportunities to fill in voids of information is something worth exploiting. This can give a new perspective to the optimization and marketing teams. While AI makes the market increasingly competitive, it also provides an opportunity to leave the competition behind with its suggestions.

AI in search optimization

People are getting more hands free with the digital world. They can use voice commands and such to get things done. This is something that you must consider on your end. What can you do?

As AI is trying to improve, you must too. Optimize your answers to questions a voice search user is likely to ask. Things like this can give you a considerable boost in rankings. Don’t get left behind as the digital world progresses at such a rapid pace.

Google MUM : Multitask Unified Model

What does the digital future look like? Yup, you talk to some machine and it responds like a human. That’s what sci-fi movies, at least, have planted in our brains. And, things have been turning that way recently. Machines are made to adopt a conversational tone for that one-on-one conversational vibe.

Big players in the digital field like Microsoft, with its new Windows 11, and others have already started this transition process. The Multitask unified Model (MUM) aims to do this with other major improvements.

The Base

It is a refined version of the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT). It is more receptive and adaptive to the human way of speech and communication. MUM aims to go further than BERT.

Ease and integration

Finding something on Google is not extremely simple. Some searches take more than a single try to get you what you really need. The average number of searches is estimated to be eight for complex queries. MUM aims to bring down this number. Through various new features, MUM is targeted at the ease of use of the consumer.

We can expect different aspects of MUM to be integrated into the Google browser in future updates.

Recommendation

E-commerce is nothing new. MUM makes a buyer’s journey as smooth as possible through improved recommendations. It lifts much of the tedious work required on the part of the customer to find the right product.

Google Lens

This addition is amazing and is quite a welcome surprise. MUM gives more importance to Google Lens. How exactly does it do that? Well, you could be looking for something with a certain pattern. Click a pic and ask what you want with a similar design. This short clip should help you understand better.

It also helps you find stuff. You could click a pic of something and ask where to buy that or how to fix a broken one or get a replacement. A pretty handy feature, right?Google LENS MUM update

Image Priority

Text content and videos have stayed at the top of the SERP for a while now. Now, images will share the place. Images used to be there. But, they will now be more prominent. If a query requires an image result, the images will be more pronounced. Images will be larger and the SERP will be sort of covered in images.

This might be a good time to work on relevant images for your webpage to stay on top. Speaking of staying on top…Well, there’s a bit of an issue which we will come to later.

Relevance

Things pop up based on relevance and how do you know what is relevant? Google was not the best picker. It is trying to improve with MUM. It goes deeper into content, especially videos. The closed captions help on determining the relevance of a video for a particular query.

Now, video recommendations will be better than ever with videos being analyzed more deeply.

Also, there is a hierarchy order when it comes to queries. Content, video or image? Well, depends on each query. A query that goes: “How to…” might give you more video results while something that has ‘inspiration’ or ‘reference’ in it might bring up more image oriented results.

Updated features with new names

We’re all familiar with people also ask section in the Google SERP. With the complete implementation of MUM, this section will become ‘Things to know’. From the name itself, we can see that it goes beyond a few inquiries. It gives you an opportunity to know all that is essential about a subject.

Similarly, the ‘Related Searches’ will become ‘Broaden This Search’ and ‘Refine This search’. Well, there isn’t much of a difference in this section except that the options from where to go after your initial query will be more refined. It won’t stick to a particular thing and limit you but, broaden horizons for searching.

Google MUMThe suggestions are confident which is great. If it’s something that seems worthwhile, you can know more about it. If not, you can carry on regularly browsing.

The good old links

Well, links have always been the core of the browsing experience. This changed with the introduction of featured snippets. And, with progress (MUM), the links have been pushed farther down the page. With the featured snippets, Google cut down on the initial ten links and with MUM, the links will be sidelined.

This takes us back to the staying at the top thing. Well, with the links being pushed down by information filled snippets, links will attract lesser people. People browse for information and when they get precisely and concisely the information they seek, they will no longer need the links.

Versatility

With MUM Google will be more versatile than ever. The context of a query will play a huge part in MUM. Two people looking up the exact same thing in different contexts will be presented with entirely different Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs).

What makes this ‘context’? Your search history, location history, preferences, etc. Which Google can collect makes up this context.

To be or not to be featured

With Google becoming more Wiki-oriented, i.e., focused on information, rankings wouldn’t matter. You will either be featured or not. It is the content that matters. Earlier, the SERP was based on keywords and the frequency of keywords determined the position of a link on the SERP.

Things have evolved and clear, concise content takes priority over content filled with keywords. This is because of the conversational tone of questions and Google becoming more information based. Sometimes, Google may analyze and extract only the necessary parts from a link. The thing is to be featured. That is what is important now.

Is SEO a thing of the past?

No. Most definitely not. The core remains the same. Google is not undergoing a drastic change. The base algorithm of analyzing and picking data is the same. It’s just been refined. Newer elements of SEO become more prominent with such a change. SEO, like always, is still a major part of being where you want to be in the SERP.

Appeal

The thing to do now is appeal to the customer. Your website should be more customer oriented. It should have all the answers to any question that the customer may have. Think as a customer. And answer any question that a customer is most likely to ask. Keep things conversational.

Google Merchant Centre

You should be registered on the Google Merchant Centre if you are running a business. When a customer is searching for products, Google pulls up a handful of products that are verified through the Google Merchant Centre. This is why being registered on the Google Merchant Centre is important.

Things have changed a bit. Things always change. We must embrace change and move forward. If you are worried about all these new changes, fret not. We at TGI Technologies, one of the best Digital Marketing companies in Kerala will help you with any digital hiccup that you might come across. We take pride in being one of the best SEO companies in Kerala. So, if you need a helping hand with the new improvements that come with MUM, don’t forget to give us a call.

So if any customer searches for products or services related to what you provide along with your location in specific, with local SEO your website comes on top of the Google search results. With the coming of mobile phones, the internet, and GPS, local SEO has become extremely important for the successful growth of a lot of businesses across the world.

Do you want to improve the local SEO of your website? What are you waiting for? Contact us at TGI Technologies, the best digital marketing company in Kochi, Kerala.

Here are a few ways that can help your brand improve its local SEO:

  • Create a GMB Account

The first step of your local search engine optimization strategy is to create a Google My Business account. Claiming and optimizing your listing or in other words, your business profile is one of the few effective ways to improve your ranking.

For this, it is mandatory that you provide the essential details regarding your business as per requirements. The details you provide should be up to date. This includes the accurate and correct business name, address of your office or store, correct location, phone number for contact, and your website.

After your verification, you can also provide additional details like photos and pictures of your products or the office surroundings, the logo of your brand, working hours, and any other relevant information regarding the business you do.

Also posting regular content about your services and products to keep your audience updated is an important factor to optimize your Google My Business account.

  • Mobile friendly optimization of the website

We all prefer convenience in everything, which is why nowadays most people carry smart[phones instead of using their desktops. Mobile is the most common device used to find local businesses that function nearby.  So you have to make sure that your website is smartphone-friendly.

It is only obvious that almost everyone does their local searches that is to find businesses nearby only using their mobile phones.

Also, add a call option in your Google My Business profile as many customers can contact businesses through phone calls to make quick inquiries. If you do this, it will be more convenient for your customers and they will get exactly the information they need.

  • Get regular and positive reviews from your customers

It is a known fact that positive reviews help in increasing the reach of your business. If you want to check out a particular product or service for the first time, naturally you will ask someone else who has done the same before making your choice. This is why reviews are important.

Encouraging your customers to post their views and their experience with your company, especially positive ones. Also, reply to their reviews and thank them as they took the time to write a good one for you. This way your audience would trust you while making their choice. No one will be interested in a business with low reviews.

So it is important to collect plenty of reviews from your satisfied customers that can help you increase your reach and above all bring up your company reputation.

  • Create content that is based locally

Another strategy in local search engine optimization is posting regular and fresh content that the local audience can relate to. This is one way that can help to grab the attention of the audience within the community or locality.

Writing content on local events, stories, and others that your local audience might be interested in along with pictures and videos to enhance it.

If your business has multiple locations, create a local webpage for each location featuring content that is based exclusively on the local audience. This way you get ranked better for different branches.

  • Give more attention to keywords

Content creation and writing blogs for your website to get better ranks but keywords in these contents are much more important.

Especially when it comes to local customers, keywords are essential. Using locally relevant keywords is the strategy that is to be applied over here. Applying keywords including a particular location can also work.

People might search for a service in a particular location. For example “furniture shops in MG Road” so using such specific keywords that your local audience may use helps your brand get better reach.

  • A web page for each product

This is a useful strategy to create a unique web page for each product or service you provide. So if you provide multiple web pages not only for products but also the different locations where your company branches.

So these are some of the strategies to boost your local SEO on Google. Do contact us as we are the best SEO Company in Cochin, Kerala.

How Content Marketing Drive Sales for Your Business

Gone are the days of real face-to-face sales as well as marketing and here is the time when customers choose you from behind their screens. You shouldn’t be surprised that the spending on content marketing has been considerably increasing over the recent years considering its merits.  As a leading content marketing company in Kochi, Kerala we would love to introduce you to the perks of effective content marketing. So get ready to lace up your boots and give a tough fight in this new technological race!!

What is valuable information?

It can be anything remotely scientific or specifying the product’s different aspects. Scientific? Well, like graphs. How something performs, comparisons. Statistics. Yeah, that’s it. Impart knowledge in a way people haven’t seen before. Graphs are for within the company? No. Send it to the customers. Not the same graphs. They must be specifically tailored and must make them interested in the product.

Of course, you don’t want to send profit graphs to your customers. Wouldn’t turn out so well now, would it?

To attract customers. Yeah, right. Attract customers with some scientific stuff they may not even understand? Thing is, it doesn’t have to be scientific in the least. Just give them some new piece of knowledge. How is this going to help? Well, you have to subtly market your product to the audience through the same thing that gives them this information, which they may consider invaluable.

That is our goal. Marketing the product. And, this approach will make sure people will be interested in your product. Be faithful in what you share. People don’t essentially need to understand graphs. You can find graphs for almost anything and people seem to find graphs very knowledgeable. It’s got a graph? Totally legit stuff.

Why do you think there are lots of likes (or whatever) on random statistics that make no sense on social media? Just appear knowledgeable and people are people.

Other marketing strategies seem to do the job pretty well. What’s so different about this?

This is not just to attract new customers. They will attract new customers (no doubt about it). This also retains customer loyalty. We are using such a nice product. Such a nice company. So glad I purchased this. Will definitely buy again from them.” Statistics tend to have that effect on a lot of people.

Here’s the best part. You can up-sell your products after using this technique for a while. It is very reasonable. A product doing incredibly well must have a price that matches its reputation. People will gladly pay for overrated (maybe not) stuff. How do you like to profit from people’s feelings that something is superior? Charging more for superior quality products is the way the market works.

Add accessories to your product. Apparently, the product works better with the accessory or something. Expand your product. Expand your business.

Do you think half the stuff that is sold on the internet (or anywhere) costs that much? No. It’s just famous and well, famous stuff happens to be good in people’s eyes. And, good stuff happens to cost a lot. Things cost way less than they are, but you can sell them for an absurdly huge price and no one will question it.

You cannot just sell something for an insanely high price right off the bat (you can, but, it has to be really, really good). But, with content marketing, you can just create the illusion of quality and milk people. You can give them the best things for the money. Customers are important after all.

So, basically, content marketing is throwing valuable information at people and coaxing them to buy your product. Giving them valuable information regarding the product and the market will definitely boost your credibility thereby driving sales.

Show your customers you love them. Educate them about your market and tell them how amazing your product is. Surely, they will buy your product in return for opening their eyes to what’s happening around them. Statistical data seems transparent and people love transparency. Customer happiness is key to a successful business.

The next relevant question popping up in your head would be how much content can benefit your business. Let’s ponder upon this in detail.

1) Boost up your website traffic:

One of the main goals of content marketing is to hike your website traffic. We could use numerous ways to achieve this like social media campaigns, flyers, advertisements, etc. With an increased influx of customers to your website, you are never out of the race. Also, make it a point to keep your customers engaged and entertained through your constant content. Regularly scheduled updates of content would leave a good impression of your company.

2) Seal yourself as an established company:

The general trend of customers is to do business with thought leaders and established companies. Hence creating an authoritative say in your business is a necessity. To begin with, backlinks would help you a lot. Guest posting for other sites is an effective way to increase your number of backlinks increasing your visibility.

3) Evergreen content for your evergreen company:

If your content is evergreen, that is, if it never loses its relevance the customers are sure to return to your site over and over again. Non – evergreen content may create a temporary influx of customers to your page but it would soon die out. So to keep your business alive makes it a point to post more evergreen content.

4) Customer-friendly:

With good content marketing, customers are sure to visit your page with a perfect landing page. This, in turn, increases your interaction with the customers and you could build the trust of your customers. The clients will get to see the company’s goods and services and its operations gradually building faith in you.

5) Educated Purchasing opportunity:

Content marketing introduces your products and services beforehand to your potential customers. A recent survey also points out that people now prefer to access a business with a company only after knowing in detail about them. Content marketing is indeed the best way to do this.

6) Build and improve your search engine optimization:

SEO plays an important role in improving your online business. Content creation is a productive way to achieve this. A lot many keywords would direct suitable clients to your site and the content would give them a reason to stick around. This would eventually increase the time spent on your site and Google will assess your content as valuable.

7) Plays a role in each stage of the marketing funnel:

Content marketing has a fruitful role in each of the three stages of your digital marketing.

*Top of funnel – The customers are only becoming aware of their problems and possible solutions. At this stage, the content could help them to understand their problem in detail.
*Middle of funnel- Customer would be evaluating their available options. Content at this stage could help them make a decision.
* Bottom of the funnel- At this stage, your customer is ready to make the decision and content can provide them with the final guidelines.

Privileged to be one of the top digital marketing agency in Kochi, Kerala, we wish to share some amazing content marketing tips to fuel up your business.

1) Be easily accessible to your customers:

Maintaining cordial relations with your customers would take your business an extra mile. Customers would love to hear from you, answering their queries would be useful to them. So, if a customer drops a comment on your page feel free to respond to it. Even if someone points out a negative aspect acknowledge it. This would make your page more interactive where consumers also get a space to express their views.

2) Let your brand stand apart:

People can be easily driven to distinct brand voices. Be proud of your brand and let it find a spot apart from the general mob of brands. It would make it easy for the customers to spot you and also separates you from the competition.

3) Good Landing Page- first impression is the best impression:

A good landing page is one of the prime necessities of a good business site. Your customers would be wandering in and out of the internet world looking for their products or services. Imagine yourself as a customer and when you click a link and you are redirected to a page that is haphazard and makes you bewildered. Chances are high that you may back off from that page immediately. On the other hand, if you could provide an ordered and interesting landing page that customer is safe in your hands.

4) Information and aesthetics to go hand in hand:

Your site should at the same time feed your customer’s desire for information and aesthetic beauty. A compelling headline is the strongest point that would entice your customers to stay on your site for a long time. Also, it should be visually appealing with strong bullet points and media mentions.

5) Address customer’s pain points:

You cannot improve your sales just by increasing your site traffic. To turn your visitors into your customers you have to keep providing what they have been looking for. For this, your content has to be relevant directing them to their desired goals.

6) Converting leads:

The ultimate aim of content marketing is to increase sales by improving website ranking. Even though you start by addressing a general query you can eventually narrow down your content to give specific answers to your customer’s questions. These steps might help you to find potential buyers for your business.

7) Organic Traffic:

Organic website traffic is a natural way to increase your sales if your site provides high-quality content. Adding relevant keywords to your content can increase the number of visitors to your site. You can also try interlinking relevant posts, using alt tags, and regularly updating your content.

8) Good Analytics:

Keep track of your content and see how your consumers respond. Analyze your website traffic and get to know more about which content to focus on.

So what are you guys waiting for! Content is indeed the King. If you want to set your business on the right track, work on developing a content marketing strategy targeting your potential customers, and watch out for your growth.
